RETURN POLICY

Want Hair will accept returns on unopened, unused products, in its original, unaltered packaging within thirty (30) days of purchase. Returns must be accompanied with the packing slip or invoice. All returns are subject to a 20% restocking fee.

Please contact our Customer Service department at: 844-711-4247 or your Want Hair Account Representative to obtain a Return Goods Authorization Code prior to returning Product or Merchandise. Merchandise returned without an approved RGA number (Return Good Authorization) will not be honored.

Electrical items may be requested within thirty (30) days of purchase and will be refunded or exchanged only with original receipt, packing slip, or invoice. After thirty (30) days, all claims for warranty on electrical repairs must be sent directly to the manufacturer for repair or replacement.

Hair, hair brushes, shears, cosmetics, special orders, education tickets, all hair extensions and hair extension accessories are not returnable. In addition, the following items are also not returnable: Product that has been defaced or altered in any way may not be returned. This includes but is not limited to: price tags, stickers or other markings made with pen or marker, and cracked, dropped or broken appliances. Discontinued Product: Discontinued product or product in discontinued packaging may not be returned. Seasonal Product: Product that is branded or packaged as seasonal/holiday may not be returned. Promotional, Prepack, Intro Kit, and Free Items: For an exchange or refund to be processed, these items must be returned with the merchandise with which they were ordered. Promotional and free items may not be returned by themselves.
